Kari’s Cold Treats LLC is a family owned and operated creamery with a local imprint in the Tampa Bay area. Thanks to advances in technology, networking, and logistical restructuring; KCT is in prime position to make a nationwide impact. We truly are making the world a happier place, one scoop at a time. With that, we are always looking for ways to integrate and partner with our community, businesses, schools, and organizations which align with our values, mission, and vision.

Sponsorship- Our KCT sponsorship program is innovative and rewarding for both parties in that KCT provides the partnering agency with all of the products and materials at no cost to the organization; enabling the receiving organization to begin reaping the financial benefits immediately, while KCT’s marketing materials are being distributed with every sale. Meanwhile, the organization will remit payment to KCT in accordance with the timeline as outlined in the written sponsorship agreement.

 

Fundraising- Our KCT fundraising program is a fun way to get your organization involved. Prior to beginning a fundraising campaign, we sit down and have a “Tastes Like Fun’ meeting with the fundraising coordinator for the partnering organization. This meeting affords the organization the opportunity to sample multiple flavors of ice cream so that they can make knowledgeable selections when deciding which flavors that they would like to sell during their fundraiser. We fully customize the fundraising experience to meet the needs of each organization. KCT provides the order forms, information, and we also come out to the organization to have a “Tastes Like Fun” pep rally of sorts where we explain the process to the organizations troops who will be selling the ice cream; and of course…there will be plenty of ice cream to taste as well. Once all of this is done the organization and KCT will agree upon dates for the fundraiser. In our experience, most of our organizations opt for a 30 turnaround. This typically means that they sell and collect payments for 2 weeks. There is then a 10 day window for processing and production. Depending on the size of the organization and number of orders; deliveries will Span 1-3 days.  Once all of this is completed, the organization will receive a check from KCT for their portion of the proceeds as outlined in the written fundraising agreement.
